Super busy week man!! Today is the first day we are on our own!! Teresa is GONE!! OH no......sad sad....she is really not in office anymore = SUPER BUSY on our own! Well, been so busy with work that I didn't write for two days i think...

Well, first thing that I finally settled is that I got my SOFI number!! It is annoying in certain ways that makes me wonder and realise that why and how, civil servants work! I could only get my SOFI number on my second visit when I apparently had the necessary documents on my first visit! It was only after a few re-directions from everyone to no-one that we got the right person who gave us the correction information and i got my appointment for the SOFI number the very next day. Anyway.....I got that number (its like an IC number) so now i am allowed to open a bank account, pay taxes and get my salary...:)
Next, I finally got a response from the Singapore Netherlands Association here, and I am meeting up with some fellow Singaporeans here. They have a gathering in Rotterdam this saturday. I am joining them for their food tasting session....haha, apparently, they are trying out a few restaurants so that they can fix the venue for National Day celebrations on Aug 9. Hmm, interesting, cos I am going to meet 18 new people! They seem pretty nice over the emails and msn...so I am really looking forward to speaking Chinese! haha....
Also, this week being super busy with Congress preparations, newsletters and websites. I didn't had a chance to cook...(good excuse again)...and after working late, I ate out with the IPSF gang for dinner. OH! Tonite we had takeaways from this nearby Chinese Resturant - Hang Yee.....Super Lekker!!
Lastly, despite being lazy about cooking...haha, I did "assembled" and made up a sort of decent meal. Made a huge bowl of potato, tuna, egg, veg, grape salad!! hehe....made 4 portions. :)
Not an achievement to boost of...haha..but here are the photos. (BTW, I realised that I have over 100 photos posted so far! Cool! )

your "salad" doesn't look too appetising! why don't u cook rice instead? steam egg, hard boil eggs, scrabled eggs, sunny-side up, prawn egg, oyster egg, silver fish egg. then just stir fry some vege or vege soup with some chicken stock! yummy n good! :oP
